What went well this week? Are there any things that didn't go well? If yes, what can you do to prevent that from happening next time or what can you do to better the result?
We had another meeting with Randy, who said to further improve our poster, we have to add the BC logo and Cedar Cottage Neighbourhood House logo. This week, we decided upon the locations, challenges, refreshments, and materials, in addition to completing a session plan. We also made instructions for each challenge so volunteers can refer to them while running the challenge. Recruiting volunteers was successful, we currently have enough volunteers who are excited to help out for the event. We added all the volunteers to a Facebook group which we will be using to communicate and made a post with some details about the event. Unfortunately, some people who were interested in participating in the race aren't available anymore, so we currently have no participants. We hope to start advertising soon! Also, it was difficult to come up with a prize due to our limited budget.
